Prices in euros for Italy: in other countries they follow the App Store and Google Play price lists. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Subscriptions from the two stores are separate.
Questions about the plans
How does the 14-day trial work?
For the first 14 days you get all of Premium, including the shared profile, without paying. We remind you the day before it ends. Then you carry on for free without losing anything, or pick a plan.
What happens to my data if I don’t subscribe?
Everything stays. Whatever goes beyond the free plan, such as a second pet or documents beyond the fifth, stays readable and can be used again with Premium.
Do the people I invite have to pay?
No. Whoever you invite follows the profile they receive for free as long as the person who shared it has Premium. For pets of their own they need their own subscription.
How many pets can I share?
One with Monthly or Yearly, up to three with Pack. Profiles you receive from others don’t count.
Does sharing work between iPhone and Android?
For now between phones of the same system: iPhone with iPhone, Android with Android. Between iPhone and Android it’s coming in an update.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
