These terms govern the use of the website cloudpet.app (the “site”), run by STARS S.R.L., Via Mario Vinciguerra 75, 00128 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT / tax no. 18548941006, email info@stars.srl, PEC stars@namirialpec.it.

1. What you’ll find on the site

The site presents the Cloud Pet app for iPhone and Android, explains pricing and support, and hosts a blog with tips and news about pet care. Using the site is free and you don’t need to sign up.

2. The blog is not medical advice

Articles organize general information and are for information only. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or veterinary advice, and they do not replace your vet’s advice. For any doubt about your pet’s health, and for any decision about medications and doses, ask your vet. In an emergency, call your vet or an emergency clinic right away.

3. The app and subscriptions

The Cloud Pet app is downloaded from the App Store and Google Play and used under those stores’ terms. Premium subscriptions are bought, managed and cancelled in the store where they were purchased; euro prices apply to Italy and elsewhere follow the store’s. The 14-day free trial, when available, is described on the pricing page. Information on the site is descriptive: what you see in the store at the time of purchase prevails.

4. Content and intellectual property

The site’s texts, illustrations, characters (including Cloud), trademarks and graphics belong to Stars S.r.l. or are used under license, and are protected by law. You may read them, share a link to them and quote short parts with attribution. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Proper use

Don’t use the site in a way that damages it or disrupts its operation, and don’t try to access parts that aren’t public.

6. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example the stores). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep content correct and up to date, but the site is provided “as is”: there may be errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Stars S.r.l. is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on the information it contains. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Privacy

How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and the courts of your place of residence or domicile provided by law remain unaffected.
